Professionals Guide KamaSutra

A Professionals Guide To KamaSutra

To me “Love” is an infatuation which through a contract of marriage turns into toleration!

All marriages some at some point in their life fall apart in some way or get boring and people may look happy on Facebook and perfectly satisfied yet deep down inside simply coexist with one another for as long as they can tolerate it!

Being married to your job or to another person becomes more of an ordeal and painful duty rather than pleasurable and people often wind up in a therapists office or inside a chemists shop trying to procure all kinds of psychotropic medications to cure what... they really do not know!

Today "Time" is the most precious commodity we have, NOT money and people do not know how to spend that time making "love"!  Everyone is out for a quickie!  Companies & entrepreneurs do this daily where they demand results from their personnel at a fraction of what they want to pay out!  At home everyone wants to quickly get off and move onto better things...  apply this to every day household chores and not simply sex!

I believe that every relationship one has in their life no matter what it is or whom it is with is based upon TWO things only - "Honesty" & "Respect" there is no third element at all.  If one of these two elements do not exist in any given relationship then one needs to understand that they are NOT in any healthy relationship!

Us humans have forgotten the art of making love!  I tell people forget love marriages and falling in love as the minute you're done with the honeymoon and your Henna has worn off and the Bangles have fallen off you realize that you went to bed with a Goddess at night and awoke into a horrific nightmare.  This goes not only for men rather this also goes for women as well!

So if you decide to get married to a person before you love them "make sure you like them".  if you intend to spend the rest of your life together then it is better to have a friend you like and can spend time with!

The same applies to work relationships - whether you like it or not - your boss is your husband and that too a thankless one.  Sadly a lot of people I know in the professional world work to pay their bills and really detest their jobs.  Some times it also helps to re evaluate your happiness goals and work towards identifying a career that you really enjoy!

So first of all if you need to survive a professional husband or a wife or a personal love affair and keep your flame alive then here are a few pointers...

Most of all "Love your self" be selfish and yes be honest to yourself and do not compromise your values boundaries or goals.  You cannot please everyone and be happy so make sure your values are correct and you respect your self above all!

In order to maintain any form of karmic love and happiness in the professional world or your personal life you MUST ensure that you come first (not to a selfish point of being a hedonistic narcissistic cretin) - you must take out time for your self always and ensure that you take care of your health and mind above all.

The human mind is the most amazing erotic sexual organ that has unimaginable potential to do good as well as lead one to personal, emotional and professional suicide.  So you need to practice self love techniques to keep your mind calm.  For some meditation might work and for others it can be prayer.  If you have the ability to maintain a stable powerful mind only then will you be able to survive any form of relationship.

Let go of your insecurities and leave negative thoughts and avoid those who do not understand you at all - I also believe that in life nothing is perfect and we all make mistakes - we are quick to judge yet extremely resentful of criticism - to me "excuses and apologies' - well nobody needs them as your friends will accept you for who you are and not what you are and your enemies... they really don't care... so why waste your breath.

I mentioned in the beginning that "Time" is the most precious commodity you have NOT money so think of it this way...  the day you were born you started a journey towards your grave... you just don't know when you will die and where, so why not make the best of what time you have right now!  You cannot change your past as it defines who you are - all your past experiences have carved out the human being that exists today so live for the moment and not for tomorrow by managing your time extremely well.

If you manage a healthy happy professional life automatically your personal life will appreciate and vice versa yet both need time and not money to make any relationship work.  Have the ability to switch off and listen rather than speak and ensure you are willing to learn at every step of the way because if you were not the same person you were a year ago then neither is anyone else as they too have a right to evolve like you.

Understanding one's limitations and abilities and using pragmatic educated decision making skills is what one really needs to survive and translate Kamasutra.  There are many positions in life that will be thrown at you so if you have the ability to live out your life removing emotions from all your decisions you will not only love yourself but people will like you!

Remember being born is not a crime - dying poor is a choice!  How rich you are in mind body and soul when they bury you is totally dependent upon your perception of Kamasutra for Life!

TRAVEL 5 STAR FOR LESS

TRAVEL 5 STAR FOR LESS

Today travel is no longer an easy task!  There are way too many Online Travel Agencies and there are so many online hotel consolidators that offer you so much of the same thing that the end user gets confused!  Basically the inventories the flight and all are the same thing however it’s the margins of profits that define the supposed “discounts” or “great deals” that you get online.

Being in the Tech / Travel industry sadly I know how much a trip actually can cost you when you are on a budget or in a foreign country stranded and at the mercy of hidden charges or costs.  In this blog I will try to support why I believe that one should always go with a local Travel Agency from their own native country and/or home town!  With real Travel Agencies that are IATA approved what you see is what you get!  - So no hidden surprises such as taxis or transfer charges you did not calculate – I would recommend go for a full service travel agency like this one based out of Pakistan – Super Travels www.supertravels.com.pk (if you are from a country like Pakistan)

Your local travel agency will communicate with you in your own language and make sure everything is explained and documented in front of you – most OTA’s or Online Travel Agencies are quick to take payments for great deals upfront however even the largest ones out there have terrible customer support when it comes to people being stranded and refunds take forever. Please remember that you may be in country where online payments can be an issue due to non-connectivity and you should always have a local person you can call back home on WhatApp or skype who will handle your issues without any stress

Further to that companies like Blossom Together https://blossomtogether.uk/ which is based out of the United Kingdom offers boutique specialized services and its inventory of properties is very unique at an affordable 5-star cost.  Don’t let the London address scare you that the rates would be higher than projected as Blossom Together specializes in very unique getaways for those who simply want extremely good quality at an affordable cost.

Blossom Together is basically for those who are retired or well to do and want to visit exotic hidden destinations and / or for that matter someone looking for a therapeutic Yoga experience in Morocco hidden in a exclusive desert camp.  Blossom together is not for those college students on a budget looking to back pack across a country living out of student motels and hotels.  Whilst not expensive The CEO of Blossom Together focuses on the quality of experience right from the booking to the end of your travel experience and values the experience you get over the volume of business she does.

Companies like Blossom Together and Super Travels whilst on a different platform catering to two different segments and markets will together pass on hidden discounts and values to you that OTA’s will not be able to disclose as to them margins of profits based on mass volumes are more important.

Not only can you save money when you book with a Travel Agency rather they can cater to the strangest request for clients with the strangest of needs.  Ask me I’m disabled and have kids and when we travel we have a lot of requirements and whilst being a part of the Online Travel Industry I myself would not book a travel experience through an OTA for my elf.

Both the agencies I have listed above can give you great value for money if you desire to join one of their existing groups.  With the Chinese influx into the market for travel groups are now becoming a huge big business and its is also wise to ask your local travel agent what group you can join as that would come at a much-reduced cost.

I would like to request that you make sure you keep your options open and allow the Travel Agency to guide you for the best travel experience that money can buy.  OTA’s do not offer advice and guidance with specific information that only these would know.

Travel is meant to be a pleasurable experience so why not make it one for you by doing things the old school way!

If you need any advice on travel then email me and I would be glad to help you out!  amyn@ghulamalis.com and please do reach out to the TWO agencies mentioned above they will not let you down.

Thank you for reading this and if you found it interesting do share my blog with all you know!

UK EU Real Estate Investor Advice

UK & EU Real Estate Investor Advice

People believe that investing in property or real estate is one of the most safest and secure investments that they can make to gradually increase their ROI yield over time.  Somehow this is not entirely true if not done properly because property is no longer a securely appreciating asset once acquired and can turn into a nightmare of a liability on more fronts than only financials.

Today investing in real estate if done correctly can increase ones residual take home income as well as provide many other add-on or peripheral benefits to the investor as well.  Here I will identify markets that one can look at that are incredibly lucrative and also provide you with some benefits that investors can enjoy as well.  (Please note that these are generic and for specifics you should send an email to me at amyn@ghulamalis.com for a small consulting fee – I would be glad to do the individual research for you and provide it to you – no strings attached)

Investing in the middle east is something that I would not at all advise especially in Dubai or the emirates. My reasons for stating this are that in the middle east you only rent your lifestyle and should you choose to leave any of the countries then no matter what you have invested in is just money thrown away. Further to that despite the glamour and all the advertising some of the biggest brand names have entered the Middle east markets and are always selling something.

Take Dubai as a market to invest in.  Visit the country and you will notice that everything is always for sale.  With the largest transient migrant resident population in the world there is always something to buy and constant construction yet the resident occupancy on a whole does not justify the false growth.

Further to that the cost of managing and maintaining such incredibly massive cities leads to enormous costs of living and they just become un affordable to the masses who are looking for homes and not houses.

If you are an investor then you need to partner with someone like me who has the ability to not only help you acquire the property in the UK or EU and then make the property earn for you.  One does not need to invest their entire fortune and if one does then they are secured as the governments of the UK and EU are very transparent unlike most of the other countries where one has to pay under the table to get normal routine things done in the form of favors.

Being a London resident myself I find it extremely secure when a foreign investor looks at UK.  It is time consuming yet very safe to invest in the country.  Do not look at the city of London alone rather all over England and Wales you will be able to find properties that can earn for you as investments if you choose not to utilize them your self.  Further to that the banking system is very supportive for your investment needs and the last added benefit that some people like are the citizenship or residency values that they could enjoy as well.

I would strongly advise you to look at the EU or UK markets and include them in your portfolio if you do not have one already.  If you desire to know how to get additional value from investing in the UK or EU and its benefits then do email me at amyn@ghulamalis.com and I would be glad to point you in the right direction.

LinkedIn Social Etiquettes

LinkedIn Social Etiquette’s

Today the TWO most precious commodities are information & time whether you like it or not!  People get so much information thrown at them in their personal and professional lives that they are overwhelmed and unable to manage time!  People are posting jobs on Facebook, selling toys and undergarments on linked in and using twitter to fabricate false news.  The rise of this new age so called digital era that we live in has blurred all the lines for social etiquette that one must follow.

Social media is a remarkable platform to be able to achieve anything!  LinkedIn is a powerful platform and tool and if you can understand how to use it properly then on a profession al front you will never go hungry again. In this article / blog I would like to help by giving a few pointers out to you the reader on how to maximize your efficiency on LinkedIn as a professional and help you stand out and be taken more seriously!

Your LinkedIn Profile

Your profile is your visiting card online and can also be used in reality rather than wasting paper and printing one since the world is digital.  You should invest time on your profile and make sure that it is factual and accurate.  Leave out any form of ambiguity and any form of elaborated truths because the worst thing about telling a lie is having to remember the details later if and when questioned  (example – if you worked in a third party call center as an agent for a mobile carrier then state just that and do not state that you worked for the mobile carrier)

Ensure you provide as much professional relevant information you can about your achievements in the form of online links and supporting evidence of what you have already achieved and can deliver.  Leave out the promises that you want the reader to see and keep it concise and factual.  Long drawn stories are something that audiences do not really have time for and if facts are not presented to people they will simply walk away and move on to another task they will find more productive.

Kindly make sure you have a professional picture of your self rather than one taken of a recreation social media site because what looks good sell!  Ensure that people can put a face to the profile and when making your cover page you should edit the image to display your professional aspirations NOT social hobbies.

You are reading this text as what I am saying is common sense and not filled with false promises because you like the average reader has information on their finger tips and wants straightforward value for time or money.  The minute you wont get that you will move on.
Do not get a professional author to write your content for you as you need to sell yourself so believe in your present self and make several drafts, editing them properly until you can effectively communicate your best attributes.

How to build your audience on LinkedIn

Do not add people because they have impressive titles and in their credentials they state big brand employers they might work for.  One of the most irritating things that serious LinkedIn users like myself get are spam messages from people soliciting business online without understanding their target audience.  What you need to do is ensure you read another persons profile very carefully and the understand them very well online before you add them.  It is good to have professional dialogs with people before just adding them and then to find out that they are also as desperate as yourself.
The point here is that no form of audience is  built over night and LinkedIn online respect is earned so you should not think that you can just click your way to success.  You need to invest time and understand that networking is all about investing quality time on dialogs rather than quantity messaging people randomly whilst fishing for a job or opportunity!

People look at what you post and what content you share so make sure that you share or post your messages carefully and avoid spam and any form of vulgarity.  If you are looking for a jb then please note that since your profile is online you must also be having other accounts on other platforms that are open to recruiters as well so make sure you tidy those up as well because you may present your self as a professional pastor on LinkedIn but your other accounts might give the image that you lead an alternate lifestyle that potential client or a future employer might not agree with.

Rather than targeting individuals, I would like to suggest that you use the forums and groups that linked in has for like minded people with like minded interests that you might have and share content with your audience there.  People will connect with you and that organic growth will be more fruitful than just spamming people directly.

Online to Paper to online is a great way to increase your audience.  I would recommend you write your LinkedIn profile / ID on your written printed communication like business cards and also include it in your email signature.  It will also help you to have a dedicated visiting card made with your name a picture of yourself and only your linked in profile. Nothing more!   Keep it short simple and factual!  If people look you up you have their time and seriousness!

Lastly follow people who inspire you and see what their audiences are talking about, add factual value and not rhetoric. Engage in meaningful dialogs, when people see you are genuinely trying to add value – they automatically respect your input and respect leads to opportunities and jobs etc.

Is a paid account worth it on LinkedIn?

I have had both and I have had much more success using a free account!  If you are a serial job hunter or desperate marketeer then you might just want to use such an account but I recommend these paid accounts for HR professionals only who need mass volumes of data to earn a living!

LinkedIn is a great platform to professionally network and appreciate your professional life – All you need to do is understand your own limitations and accept its culture!
