The entire world today is in financial survival mode, the cash floats have been periodically depleted and the world is barely existing on ever-increasing compound interest over interest!

The West or the Middle-East do not have any more stability or control over the global markets and ate too busy creating smokescreens in the media to keep the publics focus away from the rising evident financial crisis that will eventually happen!

If your US $ has any variance, the direct impact is on your oil barrel, there you go now you understand, a perpetual destabilization in the middle-east.

Another fall out affect is that Ac Nielsen, Ernst & Young and everyone go into overdrive!  Why because the direct impact is on the IMF, The World Bank & The Asian Development Bank, your main Three lending bodies in the world.

And when there is no money for one’s own survival forget philanthropy how do you cover the expenses of the entire UN SOS etc. Forget the relief stuff! Answer this!

Yes!  It is happening! Already begun!

The Far-East is a better choice for investments on all fronts.  All the far-eastern countries have the following attributes instilled within their cultures and these factors are incredible if you respect the culture that comes with them.

There is a dedication to perfection! – Take any Chinese Brand!  Yesterday the world used a phrase “Made in China” like a form of ridicule!

Today, the underdog is respected and in so much demand! (BYD – Huawei) just look at those two alone! – Everyone proudly says “Oh! It’s Made in China!”

The Far East has the B.R.I.C.S consortium, the largest number of educated technocrats under the age of 30 that possess a significant amount of the worlds bled out cash flow in the form of Crypto A fantastic communications & logistics network.

In the APAC Region every form of mechanization or process flow has been optimized to outperform the competition in efficiency, speed, quality at virtually one third of the cost of its competitors.  For any foreign investor, this a dream come true because you can actually calculate your ROI with more accuracy when you control all the bleeding factors that increase your Cost of Goods Sold.

The Far-Eastern markets have always been stable when compared to the western world! (easy compare the past 3 years history of the Nikkei index with the NASDAD or NYSE index over the same period of time and calculate all your variances in the marginal splits over all the aggregate yields you see on each and every industry)

Now you get a broad macro-level spread on what is going on in reality?  Nothing speaks better than a history of documented growth!

One really does not need to ‘sell’ the Far-East but if you are considering re-locating or trying your hand at opening a company or maybe extend your business or retire here in this region then the most sensible choke in all reality is the Kingdom of Thailand.

One reason alone!  Thai Airways!  - Its National Flag Carrier has the best service and birds in the sky!  In the aviation industry Thai Airways maintains its dignity and is the friendliest air carrier that suits everyone’s needs.

The biggest problem is relocating to another country like USA or Canada is the painfully long journey back home and the most exhausting layovers when you need to make it for a funeral or a bachelor party

Being a connecting hub, its great!  Ok Emirates may have the Middle-East to West Routes covered!  Did you know its cheaper to fly the other way across the Pacific Ocean to USA?

Why not ask around in this region?  It wont hurt to save time and money!

The whole region is honest to the cultures and very accepting of all walks of life!

To say it best Thailand is the MOST tolerant of any nation to the atrocities that foreigners can commit in Thailand because their religion is one of humility and peace!

If you wish to operate in Thailand or this region you MUST come here with the realization that Money does not buy respect – here humility and being a genuinely good human being buys you acceptance of a society!

So, your own behavior defines your value – respect is another thing separately!

In the world you understand the law – In the Far East especially Thailand, you need to understand the law yes!

But also, be aware of the consequences, when you break it!
