Amyn has put himself through every significant visa type and because he has undergone the process himself, he understands the complexities beyond the obvious that one does not advertise!

People always ask me, “where should I invest my money in Thailand?”  and yes even the most pious Disco Molvi gets that twinkle in his eye when he says Maqroor is ok as long as it’s NOT haram!  (Example – Only one Bottle of Chivas Regal, Double Black Johnny Walker are only for internal anti-septic purposes for the soul on Chaandraat)

Ok so down to business! Put your Money here in Thailand and you will not regret it in anyway shape and form!

WHAT INDUSTRY

This is the best country for this purpose for the following reasons.

Your Raw materials are easily available and there is almost no marginal variance when you plan your next fiscal year because the Thai Baht is consistent to every currency and stability shows progress and growth

Logistically you have the best road network that cuts down your entire logistics cost from procuring your raw materials to exporting them and connecting China and down south as well!

Shipping Banking and all other aide to trades fall into place for you as well!   

Dubai is no longer tax-free with VAT and GST etc. now being applied so you get a better value for money if you compare the Dirham with the Thai Baht and their consistent stability with other global economies (look at a history of no less than 36 months)

Labor is very affordable but the best thing is they are very loyal to their professions.  If you entrust a Thai worker that is qualified and legitimate you will understand that they will do anything to fulfill their obligation ON TIME!

Every culture has something within them – This is the unique strength of the Thai people – They are the most loyal and disciplined people when it comes to their lives – be it a street sweeper – she will smile at you in the hot sun and show gratitude just as much as a Thai local developer – that will display no arrogance only humility!

Unlike the Middle-East where you have the fear of a looming sword of Shariah Justice over you here in Thailand you have the understanding and acceptance of any new idea and love for diversity!
